Formulation section: • 
Detergent is a mixture of surfactants with cleaning properties in dilute solutions this substances are usually Linear Alkyl benzene sulfonate. Accurate chemical composition which gives powder very pleasant color and are skin friendly. These detergents are easily soluble in salt water, insuring fast cleaning action.

Slurry Preparation Section:
In this section high speed shear agitator use to mix dry ingredients and Linear Alkyl benzene sulfonate. After mixing slurry passes through fine filter and stored in Aging Tank.

Spray Drying: •
In spray dryer feed at high pressure passes through spray nozzles which atomize the liquid in to fine droplets which gives dust free partials. Process air then passes through bag filter for maximum product recovery.

Perfuming and Packing: •

Spray dried powder stored in intermediate silo enter in Rotary Drum Type Mixer. Two fluid nozzle sprays perfume on powder and mix with by mean spiral flight welded on inner wall of drum mixer and then powder transfer to packing.
