Gum Arabic Granulator are offered for free flowing granular or crystalline powders or for granulation of powders. The selection of dryer depends on the product characteristics like flow ability, fluidizing tendency, and thermal stability and drying characteristics. The fluid bed dryers are available for batch / batchwise continuous or continuous operation. The continuous dryer can be with static bed or vibrating bed design.
Fluid Bed Granulator process may involve drying, cooling, agglomeration, or granulation. The fluid beds may also be used for finishing of powders produced by spray drying. For each application, the process concept and design details are selected to meet the specific requirements based on industrial experience and testing of the product.
